Cooling off Period
If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receipt of the goods to change your mind. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy (above).
We can only provide a full refund for products that are unopened, unused and returned to us in the original packaging. If you do change your mind during the cooling off period, you must return your purchase to us at your own cost in original packaging.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
The rights and benefits under the guarantee are additional to your statutory rights which are not affected by this warranty.

Here's how it works, devices from the Home & Garden range can be repaired in our repair centre. Machines within their warranty period are repaired free of charge subject to our Home & Garden terms and conditions.

Please note that during peak periods response times may vary. In the event you need to email us regarding a fault or performance of the machine, please ensure you include the information below otherwise we will be unable to process the request:
- Your full name
- Full address
- Contact telephone number
- Email address
- Model of machine
- Serial number of machine
- The 1.number from your machine (this is usually near the serial number)
- Proof of purchase - this can be a receipt, invoice or bank statement. We require a copy of a proof of purchase as per the terms and conditions of the warranty. We are very flexible on what this can be, including relevant screenshots that detail the order, name of the account holder and date; however without this we cannot validate your warranty.
Please note product registration does not qualify as proof of purchase and clearly states at time of registration should you need to claim we will ask for a copy of the proof of purchase.
