Trafalgar Cleaning Equipment has used its 21 years of experience to perfect a range of self contained mobile steam cleaners. These units are designed to clean where neither power or a water supply is available. Mounted in a galvanised trailer and body to prevent any metal corrosion.Baffled water tank allowing up to 4 hours constant use. The front and rear of this unit has been specially designed to open up to allow easy access for daily operation, routine maintenance and storage facilities these doors are lockable for security. The steam generator is mounted in a sound reduction housing and can be powered by either a diesel or petrol engine which is fitted with both electric start and a pull start options. The machines easy to use control panel can change the operational functions between high pressure cold or hot water and low pressure steam up to 150oc under a variable controlled pressure up to 3000psi ( 200 Bar ).

There is a choice of three trailer versions depending on your personal requirement.

~Trafalgar Cleaning Equipment has designed this unit as an efficient and economical way of overcoming cleaning problems in remote locations where neither power or water supplies are available. This unit pictured above is based on a braked galvanised trailer chassis, which is highway legal with rear trailer lights and mud guards. This unit can carry 1000ltrs of water in its baffled plastic water container. A large filler lid is mounted in the top to allow easy access for filling with water from either a hose pipe or from a water hydrant.

To tackle even the toughest of cleaning jobs is a Karcher pressure washer powered by a Honda 5.5HP petrol engine. This pressure washer can deliver 150 bar pressure at 650ltrs per hour, giving an average running time of up to 2 hours constant use. To facilitate your cleaning requirements chemicals can also be injected direct into the lance at low pressure to gain an efficient clean. The high pressure hose is mounted to a self retracting hose reel, allowing the wash lance to be worked up to 30mtrs from the unit giving this equipment even more versatile in the remote cleaning jobs.
