~Description:
The scrubber drier BR 40/25 C for small and blocked floors is equiped with the single knob operation EASY and very easy to maintain.It is very short and has a extremely small turning cycle. So it is exceptionally agile. It has a working scrubbing width of 400 mm. The BR 40/25 C is very quiet, simply to clean and the handle bar can be folded for easy transport. The straight squeegee is equipped with double sided rubber blades.

Application:

It cleans smooth or sructured surfaces properly. On marble and terrazzo it is possible to crystallize. On parquet, watermust be vacuumed immediately (no two-step method). For heavy soilings, for polishing or crystalliszing there are special accessories available.

Karcher BR 400 110v~
Compact mains-operated floor scrubber with brush rollers for scrubbing, vacuuming and polishing almost all floor coverings up to 400 sq.m/h.

~Description:
Thanks to its compact dimensions (LxWxH: 53 x 43.5 x 38 cm), the mains powered BR 400 can also be used in shops, service stations and restaurants where conventional scrubber-driers are simply too cumbersome and expensive manual cleaning methods are still the norm. For this reason the BR 400 is also interesting for contract cleaners as well as professional and municipal users who have to clean small, furnished areas.

In terms of cleaning performance, the BR 400 is just as good as its bigger brothers. Its contra-rotating roller brushes produce a very high maximum contact pressure of 250 g/sq.m. Even heavily structured surfaces, such as studded rubber floors and non-slip tiles, present no problems. Brush contact pressure is adjustable in 11 stages to suitable sensistive floors. The drives of the two brushes are offset so that the unit can scrub close to walls on either side.

As the brushes rotate at a very high speed (1500 rpm), the BR 400 can also be used as a full-fledged polisher. The push handle is hinged to allow the unit to be operated in either the forward or reverse direction. Front and rear suction beams pick up the dirty washing solution. A foot switch enables the operator to turn off wet pick-up so that the washing solution can act for longer on stubborn stains.

The BR 400 is designed for tough industrial operating conditions: The housing and chassis are made of high-impact plastics. Four deflector rollers protect the housing corners. Great importance was attached to user friendliness: The roller brushes are quickly replaced, the fresh and dirty water tanks are easily removed for filling, emptying or cleaning. Recessed handles simplify handling of the low weight unit (31 kg) for transport in a vehicle.

Application:
With its contra-rotating roller brushes, the BR 400 is the allrounder in the range of scrubber-driers. Equipped with the right accessories (see table below) the BR 400 can scrub, vacuum and polish hard floors, even if they are structured, e.g. studded rubber floors or non-slip tiles. Furthermore, the BR 400 can be used to clean carpets with an intensive brush wash. On parquet, water should be vacuumed away immediately (do not use the two-step method). On marble and terrazzo it is possible crystallize with RM 749 ( 6.290-038) and grit brushes (5.762-126) or roller pads (6.369-165).

Linoleum can be treated like PVC, but use RM 754 deep cleaner (6.291-425) for basic cleaning - not RM 752.

Walk-behind scrubber drier with a working width of 55 cm, a capacity of 60 l fresh and 60 l waste water tank for a wide range of applications.

~Description:
Cleans floors like tiles, marble, rubber floors, linoleum or PVC quickly and thoroughly. The brush pressure is adjustable on the requirements of the surfaces or of the level of soiling.

Apart from scrubbing, the BR's innovative brush head enables loose dirt to be swept at the same time. The contrarotating brushes ensure uniform distribution of water under the brush head and transport coarse dirt into the bin integrated in the brush head. So sweeping is not needed.

Equipped with a traction motor for greater operator comfort. It is adjustable continuously up to 6 km/h. The control panel is user-friendly because it is simple to program the most important settings. The display shows either the travel speed, operating hours, state of charge of the battery or the brush contact pressure.

Karcher BR Trike Wet Bat~
Small battery-operated ride-on floor scrubber using rollers, for basic cleaning, maintenance cleaning, polishing and crystallising surfaces up to 2600m2/h.

~Description:
The BR TRIKE BAT is a ride-on scrubber-drier with an extremely favourable price/performance ratio. With a theoretical capacity of 2,600 sq.m an hour, it is suitable for wet-cleaning large open areas, especially in contract cleaning applications as well as in industry and local governments.

The BD TRIKE BAT features advanced roller brush technology which ensures thorough cleanliness on structured floors, such as studded rubber and non-slip tiles. As the brush head is extended 10 cm to the right, the machine works right up to fixed obstacles and does away with the need for time and cost intensive manual cleaning in most cases.

Trailing suction beam picks up cleaning solution in same pass so that floor can be walked on immediately after cleaning. A straight or curved suction beam is available for the BR 550 to guarantee optimum pickup on every type of floor. The fresh water tank is integrated in the double-walled housing and has the same 55-litre capacity as the dirty water tank. A drain hose is provided for fast and convenient dirty water discharge.

As with all K?rcher machines, major importance was attached to user friendliness on the BR TRIKE BAT: It is extremely manoeuvrable and easy to handle, its attractive looks and good ride comfort make the BR TRIKE BAT suitable for long periods of operation without premature fatigue. No special driver training is necessary because the three-wheeler is very easy to operate.

Linoleum can be treated like PVC, but use RM 754 deep cleaner (6.291-425) for basic cleaning - not RM 752.

The self-supporting housing of the new units consists of only two plastic shells which are manufactured in a rotational moulding process. They are made of polyethylene (PE), an extremely tough, non-corroding, easily recycled material which is used, for example, in white-water slalom racing kayaks. Thanks to the lower manufacturing costs of the housing, these machines have a very favourable price/performance ratio.

This unit?s brush head is the same as that of the BR TRIKE BAT. The BR 750 therefore uses the same brushes and this helps reduce inventories and costs. The contact pressure of the cleaning head is user-adjustable in seven stages so that it can be matched exactly to the floor.

Ride-on scrubber drier with roller brushes and a working width of 90 cm, high battery capacity, large water tank. Positioned between BR Trike and BR 1000.

~Description:
This ride-on scrubber drier is used in areas that are normally reserved for big walk-behind models. It is ideal for large supermarkets, warehouses and factory floors. Thanks to its compact suction width, this machine has no problem travelling through narrow doorways and aisles.Optimal adjustment on different floor coverings by continuous adjustable brush pressure and water quantity. A further advantage are FACT: the optimal adjustment of brush speed on the application and the necessity of the surrounding. The memory function allows the operator to recall his personal saved adjustments e.g. brush pressure and water quantity at the push of a button.

The chassis has been designed to make this machine one of the most manoeuvrable in its class. It needs only 1.6 metres between walls to turn and can be driven away from walls and shelves at a right angle without damaging them.

Pre-sweeping facility sweeps coarse dirt into the bin. Water guide rail feeds dirty cleaning solution to suction beam for optimum pick-up. This ensures dry floors even in tight corners. The battery is positioned in the centre of the housing and rated for up to four hours of operation. 140-litre fresh/dirty water tank for long periods of uninterrupted operation (up to 2700 m2 with one tank filling)
